Marketing Communication Specialist / CRM
|職務内容||〇 Develop external/internal communication strategies in collaboration with local Marketing/Education/Sales teams as well as Public Affairs team.
〇 Lead cross-function and/or inter-BU communication-related plans including e-marketing.
〇 Develop and manage budget plan related to external/internal communication plans
〇 Design, implement and manage digital channel platforms.
〇 Arrange for congress exhibitions and seminars, managing vendor partners, while acting as a representative of AMJ to academic societies in collaboration with Marketing/Education team members.
〇 Liaise with vendors to produce sales tools (brochures, patient booklet), while adhering to internal and external compliance rules.
〇 Handle copyright release process with the Global Marcom team and manage image data.
〇 Maintain and revise CV Abbott Japan website where necessary.
〇 Secure to deliver consistent Branding image in line with company’s branding guideline.
〇 Educate Marketing team on Abbott Branding to leverage Abbott Brands in sales promotional activities.
〇 Contact authorities or public advertising council to ensure compliance with any regulations.
〇 Analyze data and site usage and provide feed back to Marketing team.
〇 Engage with the Sales team and key customers to build the Abbott brand, advance market development and drive sales.
〇 Uses best business practices to ensure success in areas of responsibility.
〇 Perform other related duties and responsibilities, on occasion, as assigned.
〇 Worked in Healthcare industry for 3 years or more
〇 Preferred marketing experience
〇 Strong digital marketing/marketing skills
〇 Experience with marketing automation
〇 Business level communication skill in both Japanese/English (Preferred TOEIC ≧700 score)
〇 Bachelor’s degree
〇 MBA or Master level education is a plus
〇 Results oriented
〇 Strong communication skills
