職務内容 【Job Summary】
The main role of this position is SFE (Sales Force Effectiveness) to drive the enhancement of sales productivity in closely collaborating with sales team as well as other relevant functions.

【Job Duties】
1. SFE(Sales Force Effectiveness)
〇 Based on the analysis for external and internal environments, design PDCA process by fully leveraging internal tools such as Salesforce.com
〇 Develop and track KPIs so that to grasp business situation in a timely manner
〇 Create and distribute KPI reports on a regular basis and deep-dive into specific areas where immediate action is needed
〇 Continuously monitor PDCA process to see if the process works as designed, and take corrective actions when needed

2. Strategy / Plan Development Support
〇 Timely update market and account information through external / internal market research
〇 Provide data and analysis to optimize sales resource allocation for annual business planning
〇 Support business review by preparing data and analysis on regular / ad-hoc basis

3. Sales target allocation
〇 Design allocation methodology which reflects market dynamics and BU’s strategy
〇 Based on the methodology developed, allocate sales target by account / product
〇 Timely track the actual vs sales target and distribute the progress in a timely manner

4. Sales Compensation Plan
〇 Design sales compensation scheme which is in line with BU’s goals and strategy and APAC’s guidance by closely working with relevant functions (sales team, HR, Finance, etc.)

応募資格 【Experience】At least one of the followings
〇 5+ years’ experience in sales or marketing department at medical device / pharmaceutical company
〇 3+ years’ experience in SFE (or similar functions) at medical device / pharmaceutical company
〇 3+ years’ experience at consulting firm, focusing on medical device / pharmaceutical industries

【Skill/Knowledge】:Communication, Leadership, Logical-thinking and Analytical intelligence
〇 Excellent analytical skill (both qualitative and quantitative) and logical thinking
〇 Management in multiple tasks
〇 Interpersonal communication (both in verbal and written)
〇 Basic knowledge of healthcare industry
〇 MS Excel – advanced
〇 MS PowerPoint – advanced

【Language】
〇 English: Business to advanced level
