Senior Manager / Digital Social team / Communications
〇 Lead digital/social media team in Japan Communications, Center or Expertise, to lead digital marketing strategy as pan Medtronic and play important role as commercial overlay enabling function.
〇 Contribute to drive business, by implementing the integrated digital solution in the aim of optimizing the communication and maximizing the the company Brand to external customers.
〇 Collaborate with and internal stakeholders to execute pan d marketing for the best possible customer experience with the company.
〇 Manage seven members in digital/social team.
〇 Drives implementation of digital marketing t to the organization for the optimized communication and Medtronic branding.
〇 Builds and manages a team that executes the digital marketing by developing existing talents and by acquiring appropriate talents.
〇 Develops KPI’s and methodologies that is durable enough to tracks and measure digital marketing program impact and to be used in business cases and strategy, budgeting.
〇 Utilizes omni-channel marketing models incorporating paid, owned, earned and shared contents strategies
Leverages insights to strengthen programs and build new strategies.
〇 Builds and maintains stakeholder contact programs and databases to directly connect and share MDT's point of view and insight to the right audiences.
|応募資格||〇 Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience with 7+ years of managerial experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience with 7+ years of managerial experience.
〇 Business level fluency both Japanese and English.
〇 Successful track record of working within a matrixed environment.
〇 Good understanding of regulatory policies and its trend.
〇 Demonstrable track record of implementation of digital channel and of incorporation to existing channel.
〇 Previous experience in leading teams/people management responsibilities.
〇 Experience of developing a team from the scratch and grow.
〇 Broad and in-depth understanding of domestic and international issues relative to the Medical Devices industry.
〇 Demonstrated analytical skills – including an understanding of business economics and financial resources.
