職務内容 1 Summary description
○ Responsible for leading and managing all aspects of assigned products including development of marketing plans, management of KOL relations, reinforcement of connectivity with global organizations (especially with Global Marketing but not limited to) in order to grow and develop General Surgery business in Japan meeting and exceeding
targeted business plans. Responsible for business management at the product, product line or product portfolio and will report to Marketing Lead
○ The position manages a numerical target, such as product line sales forecast and expense budget through working closely with Sales, Marketing Communication, and Professional Education.
○ Actively participates in and often leads key projects/initiatives for executing marketing plan.

2 Essential duties and responsibilities
○ Manage the product line as a business, develop strategy and drive execution.
○ Lead strategic planning for the product line
○ Develop and execute marketing plan that includes competitive market analysis and profiling, product benefit analysis, product positioning and positioning statement, unmet needs assessment, STP (Segmentation, Targeting and Positioning) and sales strategy with based on product value
○ Develop strategic marketing programs and promotions to drive business growth effectively.
○ Develop and maintain product promotional tools including training materials for sales reps.
○ Plan and execute seminars and other educational activities.
○ Develop advocate relations and manage KOL relations.
○ Grow brand awareness through a number of activities with involvement of KOLs
○ Co-visit customers with sales reps or independent visit to enhance conversions or research the market needs, opportunities
○ Lead communication with global marketers to exchange market information and learn
market access or marketing programs as best practice sharing.
○ Provide the regional market needs, market information for future product development
or existing product development project
○ Co-work with supply chain management (SCM) to retain accurate sales forecast and
have efficient product inventory.
○ Manage regulatory compliance by collaborating with RA/QA personnel.
○ Co-work with global and domestic Integra stakeholders to sustain and improve operations
specific to the products in responsibilities
○ Coach junior marketer and strengthen company’s marketing capability
応募資格 ○ Graduated from a University. MBA is an asset but not necessary
○ Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications
○ Business level of English (Reference TOEIC score > 800)
○ +3 years relevant Product Marketing experience plus the delivery of exceptional results
○ Outstanding people development and capabilities to motivate team members in the organization
