| 職務内容 | 【KOL Engagement】 〇 Liaison to senior KOL physicians 〇 Support the efforts of Professional Associations, Academic Societies, Educational Foundations (Kenkyu-kai) and Patient Support Groups 〇 Develop strategic program and execute as required working with senior KOLs in alignment with commercial organization 【Establish new therapy and accelerate new product launches】 〇 Advisory Board Management: ー Initiate and lead development and execution of Clinical Advisory Board Meetings to establish new therapy/guidelines, new product data collection and support existing business in conjunction with commercial organization. 〇 Investigator Sponsored Studies Management: ー Manage ongoing studies and develop new studies with Japanese KOL physicians ー Develop strategy in conjunction with commercial team for new studies related to Abbott products 〇 Collaborate with educational foundations and groups to collect key clinical data on Abbott products in Japan 〇 Collaborate with Regional and Global teams 【Clinical Data Publication Management】 〇 Formulate publications plans, and the reporting of ISS results to key stakeholders, at scientific meetings and through journal articles 〇 Create and manage a material database with speaker slides to support KOLs at major conferences in conjunction with commercial team 〇 Support development of PMDA required physician’s training program for new therapies to support KOL involvement, if required |
| 応募資格 | 【MINIMUM SKILLS REQUIRED】 〇 Industry and product knowledge preferred 〇 Strong understanding of clinical strategy development and clinical trial management 〇 Strong working knowledge of sales force processes and ability to assess market drivers 〇 Ability to build strong relationships with key customers and opinion leaders 〇 Organizational Awareness; Strong Influencing and interpersonal skills 〇 Ability to work well with multiple functional teams (sales, marketing, clinical, regulatory, etc.) 〇 Excellent spoken and written English and local language skills 【EXPERIENCE REQUIRED】 〇 8+ years of relevant experience with experience in building/managing teams preferred 〇 Experience in medical device industry required |
